To effectively help the students with the areas that they are struggling with, I try to learn how they learn the best. Then, I will do my best to help them. For example, for visual learners I will show them pictures. After, I have them try to teach the material back to me to make sure that they really know how the subject works.

To keep students motivated, I always try to relate with them and their interests. I also try to offer choices for them to pick.

Right now, my students are learning about World War 1 and geography.

I think that my students have the most trouble with literary elements, paraphrasing, and critical thinking skills.

The most common misconception that students come into class with is that they need to remember dates.

I really like socials because it is like telling stories and learning about other people's experiences. I also like learning about the different ways that people have impacted the world.

It also helps people share their perspective and opinions on things. It also helps students with learning about the past mistakes and making sure we do not repeat it.
