Deep-fried mini crab spot in Richmond shutting down this weekend

The iconic Chinese-Korean restaurant, Cherry's Food House is closing it's doors on September 14th, after a seven years in business. This restaurant was on the iconic Alexandra Road, also known as the "food street".

White Spot bids farewell to Richmond Centre location after more than three decades

White Spot is saying goodbye to their Richmond Centre location after over three decades. It was first opened in 1990, serving burgers and Pirate Pak meals. September 14th will be the last day for this location, while the locations at Ackroyd Way, Sweden Way, and YVR still remain.

Richmond's new warehouse cafe blends French and Japanese tastes, textures

The new cafe, Oui Patisserie, officially had it's soft opening on Tuesday, September 9th, in an old warehouse on River Road between Capstan Way and Cambie Road. The cafe blends elements from Japanese and French food. The co-owners, Toby Lee, Andy Men, and Gloria Lu agreed they wanted a quiet environment for people to enjoy food.
